Open the app, go to Settings (or tap the upgrade/paywall screen), and tap "Restore Purchase." This will restore any previous in-app purchases linked to your Apple ID.

The app is not downloading or updating.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space on your device. Try restarting your device, then open the App Store and check for updates. If the issue persists, try signing out of the App Store and signing back in.
